We ship our plants globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions) to help gardens everywhere thrive.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully select, package, and prepare your order for shipment. We handle every plant with love and care!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
- Cost: Free!
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
Your happiness is our root of success! If your new plant doesn’t meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the items.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health of our most sensitive varieties, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Andean Tubers: These rare and delicate specimens are highly perishable once they begin their journey to you.
- Ginger: Live ginger rhizomes are extremely sensitive to temperature fluctuations during transit.
- Any plant that has been planted or removed from its original packaging.
- Custom or special order items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Just follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Get Instructions: We will respond promptly with further instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not ship anything back without this number.
- Pack Securely: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
- Ship It Back: Ship the item to the following address: Alpha Shop

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we sent the wrong item or it was damaged upon arrival). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance for your protection.
The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account statement.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we have received the original product back.
- If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference.
- If the new item costs less, we will refund you the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your plants arrive damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please let us know right away!
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
- Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product in your email.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the item back.
