• Be available to receive perishable plant shipments or make appropriate arrangements

Alpha Shop specializes in rare and specialty plants including but not limited to:

• Fruit trees (Apples, Apricots, Cherries, Figs, etc.)
• Berry plants (Blackberries, Blueberries, Cranberries, etc.)
• Unique varieties (Andean Tubers, Aronia, Dogwood, Flowering Quince, etc.)
• Specialty items (Ginger, Goji Berries, Bamboo, etc.)

We take great care in selecting and packaging our plants, but please note:

• Plants are living organisms and may vary slightly from product images
• Seasonal availability may affect certain products
• Some plants have specific growing requirements that are the responsibility of the purchaser
• Product descriptions include essential information about plant care and suitability

4. Ordering and Payment Terms

Order Process:

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email
• We process orders within 1-2 business days
• Your order becomes binding once we send shipping confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally except to Asia and certain remote regions. Please note:

Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Important Notes:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees
• Some countries may impose customs duties or import taxes (customer’s responsibility)
• Extreme weather conditions may delay shipping to protect plant health
• You must inspect plants upon delivery and report issues within 48 hours

6. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable nature of our products:

Return Policy:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt
• Plants must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact
• We cannot accept returns for plants that have been planted, damaged due to weather after delivery, or suffered from improper care

Non-Returnable Items:

• Andean Tubers (highly perishable during transit)
• Ginger rhizomes (sensitive to temperature fluctuations)
• Any plant that has been planted or removed from original packaging
• Custom or special order items

Return Process:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
4. Ship items to: Alpha Shop Returns Department, 1886 College Street, Atlanta, US 30340

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items and issued to the original payment method.
